What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Been trying to get an appointment for a month. My primary sent a referral 3 weeks ago.. someone called my for my med info and said they would get back to me in 2 days. Called after waiting 2 weeks and no one knew my name, where my referral was or had any record of having spoken to me. So far unimpressed. Was told the " office manager " would get back to me..still waiting.”

“I arrived at the Pain Management Center at the Beth Israel Lahey Health Patient Care Center Danvers, Ma feeling very nervous knowing I was having a procedure done to help ease the awful pain I've had for years. I have to say, I was put at ease the moment I walked through that door. The Staff there are amazing. They are friendly, kind, informative, caring, professional, and down to earth. There were no surprises. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Then in comes Dr. Ken Branton, he also is amazing. His professionalism, knowledge, caring, is all encompassing. I loved hearing the question "How are you doing?" from Dr. Branton during the whole procedure. A person's comfort was tantamount there by all the staff. I highly recommend to all that need help to control their pain to make contact with Dr. Ken Branton and his staff at the Pain Management Center at the Beth Israel Lahey Patient Care Center in Danvers, Ma.”

“I have been coming to the Pain Management Center in Danvers for 8 years now to help manage pain from a herniated disc and I only have wonderful things to say about my experience there. Dr. Kenneth Branton is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in the area of pain management and I always feel confident in his expertise, which is not something to take for granted when a doctor is giving you epidural steroid injections in your spine. My favorite thing about Dr. Branton is his kind, caring, and relaxed bedside manner. Conversations and decisions about my care are a mutual discussion between doctor and patient and I always leave feeling confident in the care that I am receiving and cared for from a "patient first" perspective. The ladies at the front desk and the nurses who work there are all truly wonderful as well. If you're looking for a pain management center to put your trust in for the best possible care you can receive, the Pain Management Center in Danvers should be at the top of your list.”

“I injured my shoulder and for several years received cortizone shots and PT. Because of the severe damage, surgeons could not operate to repair the damage. My Md.PCP recommended Dr. Branton. After one treatment, in a few days, I was able to move my arm with little pain. The second treatment gave me back all my arm motion with little or no pain. Thank you Dr.Brandon for giving me back my health.”
