“The level of service here is extremely poor! When you call you're talking to people with very heavy accents, very hard to understand and when you ask their name, they hang up on you. I tried for three days in a row to make an appointment and was unable to do so. They keep telling me they will call me back which they never do. I'm trying to figure out if there's a number that I can call and express my concerns with, but that seems to be impossible! When you call, they want you to hang up and text your request back to the same number that you just called, it's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. I don't understand why they have to do that.”

“I have been under the care of Dr.Kim for 2 to 3 years he is an excellent doctor I was called for a pill count I explained to the girl both times she called me that day that I was home severely sick on oxygen due to a Copd flair up from the heat it was 103 heat index that day my oxygen stats were in the low 80s I told her I had no transportation My primary Dr called them and she said I didn't tell her I was sick so they terminated me I requested a review but never heard back I highly recommend Dr Kim he's a very good Dr.”
