The medical assistantants lie and i mean right through their teeth, break hipaa asking personal questions at front window as i sat in a lobby basically on others laps the waiting room is so small and pacted, the doctor doesn't wanna work so he will just deny referrals especially if you take RSO(thc) for pain with no option for you to quit and return. In my opinion you must be incompetent in your field and are a danger.But now if you ever had a history of substance abuse such as herion or on suboxone and will let them put a SCS in your spine you stand a chance to get a absurd amount of opiates you know like enough to cause overdoses or addiction. I promise you there is no one there that wants to help you. Good luck getting ahold of manager Tracy. Mind yall my appointment was with the owner and I never seen him nor talked still 2 weeks later trying to understand, why he let a medical assistant lie and get us where we are. Incompetence at its finest from whole staff. That MA should be fired for breaking hipaa with me at the least Tracy get on that !!”

“I would like to start by saying Dr. Sanapati has been wonderful, when we get to see him. Only doctor since Dr. Waling that has helped him. But....the Madisonville Ky clinic is upsetting. The wait room is TOOO small to accommodate ALL the people they try to cram into 2 days of business. The receptionist acts like she had rather be some where else and when you have an appointment at 11:15 (for injections) and do not get back in exam room until after 1:00 is just ridiculous and uncalled for.”

“Was literally kicked out and taken off my medicine because I refused to get a bladder treatment surgery. Their excuse for dropping me was because I did not have my medicine on me. They never asked to see it before and I told them it wouldn't be a problem to go back and get it but they still dropped me. Dont choose this doctor unless you want nothing but problems.”

“Rest room facilities were practically non existent when I was there last. They make you wait until its your turn to go in the back and they don't care if it is an emergency. The receptionist in the front looks like she doesn't even want to be there.”
