“I scheduled an appointment with them because my dr stopped taking my insurance. I was there 4 hours. 2 for paperwork.The dr did a complete physical and I took a MRI printout from previous test to show my injuries.The only thing he ask at the end of the visit was what medication had I been taking from my previous dr and what pharmacy I used. Three weeks later and three phone calls was very unprofessional . I was told that a prescription would be called in for me each time and it was all a lie. I was not told anything about my visit and there were no test ordered.On the third call I was finally told that the Dr prescribed nothing for me. I ask what they were going to do for me and was told to go to my next appointment . For what, to not tell me anything or find out what my treatment should be? . I canceled it and won't go back . They are not recommended by me for anything.”

“We were brought back into a room and it has been an hour I'm writing this in one of the rooms still waiting to be seen it's currently almost 4:30 PM and they still haven't seen us yet don't come to this pain management clinic”

“This is the worst place EVER. I was trying to get my mom's pain medication refilled. They did not send the prescription to the pharmacy, then they lied and said they did. Once they finally admitted they didn't, they still didn't send it over. When I called back about it for THE FIFTH TIME, THEY HUNG UP ON ME. My mother has a disc against her vertebrae. They should be investigated and shut down. Now it's 05/25/25 and the same type of thing is happening. She contacted them on Tuesday, today is Sunday about her meds. They were supposed to be filled on Saturday. They didn't call them. In. The worst thing, is this is a holiday weekend and they are not open until Tuesday. Other doctors will no prescribe anything for her, so she has no meds. They have no doctors on call either.”
