“I'm currently sitting in the office. I've been here for exactly 1hr 20 minutes! I'm just here for a simple follow up. The reason I didn't give 1 star is because I like Dr. Mcdonnell and some of the staff. There are a lot of staff who are very unprofessional. I wonder how some of these people were able to get a job in the medical field. They have no respect for a persons time. In typically in and out with my appointments. I requested my normal amount of time off for these simple follow ups today, and this is absurd. If this decline in service continues, I will find a new doctor's office to go to. I may have to update this review once I get out of here with the final amount of time spent here for this appt. I'm generally in and out of here in 15 minutes. I hear the staff through the doors just laughing and joking with eachother, having a good time. They seem to lack knowledge, professionalism, and care for a persons time. *UPDATE* 1hr and 41 minutes for a discussion with the doctor that lasted 3 to 4 minutes.”

“Very unprofessional.I had no problem with this clinic before my doctor retired. I was giving a new doctor I've yet to see him or her I have no idea who it is. I was giving a nurse practitioner who was rude yelled at me changed all my medicine doses explain to me she would not send in some of the medicine that I had gotten before and had treated me like I was nothing. even though I'm the one paying her salary. she was rude condescending very obnoxious and unwilling to listen or answer questions. I will be leaving this clinic and going to someplace else I wouldn't send my dog to this clinic just to get a flea bath because they are so rude and acts like they're above us. I would encourage everyone not to go there and if you are going there leave.”

“I been going to this center for at least 4-5 months and never missed one appointment and I make my physical therapy appointments also and get discriminating concerns that need to be addressed despite customer service which is very poor I'll tell you what else after going there today the Dr says to me if you are late or any minor flaw I'm cutting you off and last time they refused to send a PA to the pharmacy and now I question there tactics because as I said if I make all my appointment and don't miss and do my best why would you threaten me with being cut off and she says knowledge is power umm do you mean FEAR is power ok here is the deal this same Dr I question rather or not she is going to send over my meds to ensure she gets the last laugh rather then being genuine with patience other wise I wait on my pills I have to suffer for that with pain she also implied that I should see a regular Dr for pain medication I said lady good luck with that POV she was very manipulative and I hope this message gets spread to the right people TY and also you all deserve better then this Evansville the people deserve better”
