“There has to be a place that's more professional, upstanding and empathetic than this. My son is quadriplegic and in chronic pain every day. His prescription was due to be filled on 2/15. After dealing with reminder calls since last week (their request), repeated unanswered calls, voicemails, line holding, hangups, and even the text line that they have, I drove 45 minutes to the office to witness signs on the door stating that they aren't opening back up until the 25th and that they will be closed every Monday. There was absolutely no notice. Now, we are stuck trying to connect with the insurance company and other agencies to try to get my son the help he needs. My son has been a patient for years and the last two years have given rise to high attrition from doctors and staff, piss poor standard of care, constant forgetting to send in prescriptions, witnessing patients come in as directed but staff input wrong information and then the patient be rescheduled, and etc. When you finally reach someone on the phone, it more often than not someone from another country who basically conveys that they will have the messages forwarded to the office and then you wait and wait some more. Please, find someplace else to go. Save yourselves this constant stress, aggravation and pain if possible. It was not like this in the beginning. Now, it's atrocious. He's been assigned to 5-6 different doctors/NPs since he's been here...four have left.”

“Please don't let this reviews fool you. I started here two years ago following my doctor from another facility. Hugh mistake!!! You can never get anyone on the phone besides foreigners that's stationed somewhere is stationed outside the office. The doctor does not have proper bedside manners and don not care if your meds are on time or not. Expect to be at the least a week behind on refills so if you can manage your pain without your meds then this the place to go. If you don't care how your doctor treats you then this the place to go. If you want the proper treatment for your pain management then don't go here.”

“Shawne Martin , FNP. I love this doctor she cares about her patients, She takes time to ask questions and she takes equal amount time to answer questions. She is very insightful, compassionate and helpful. She understands pain management and how it affects your body. She has great bed side manners, you are a patient and not a number. My only complaint is systematic issues when needing prescription filled in timely manner, I have waited for up to 7 days before my prescription was called in, medical withdrawal is pain and it does a number on your body. You MUST be mindful of your therapeutic level, It may have decrease and that causes you to sleep a lot until your body regulates itself back to your prescribed dosage. The young ladies at the front desk is kind and always has been professional, when I was having an issue with getting my prescription, she called management to the front.”

“I've been coming to this office for nearly 7 years? I've gone through several Dr's and turn overs. I stay here only because it's the closest to me and I do like the staff there. It has happened more than once and this week I've been calling and leaving messages on every extension,I spoke to someone 2 times, and was assured my medicine would be called in,I stayed on hold 3 separate times 1 for a hour and 36 minutes while on a 2nd phone for 56 minutes only to get disconnected on one and had to leave a message on the other. 3 days now and I'm out of my medicines that were due to be picked up 3 days ago!! There's ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE for this to have happened. I truly hope leaving this review will get someone to contact me and help in some way fix the issues this office has. I'm going to do more research to find a way to contact corporate offices to report and get this worked out. Until then I would ABSOLUTELY advise any & everyone to find another office. If anything changes or comes from this I will repost to help others. Lastly I am NOT the only person whom has gone through this so beware.”
