“Was a patient for years. Make sure that you keep track and document EVERYTHING! I was told one thing by a person in the office, and even though it was okayed with the office manager and everyone in the office, the doctor(s) decided they didn't agree and released me from the practice. Normally it wouldn't be an issue, however, they decided to put in their notes that even though I was told I was able to do something, and even brought it to the attention of the office staff there before I did it and they said it was fine, but it didn't matter. The office staff and pa who i saw did not stick up for me even though they knew what happened. The doctors run that place, and will easily disagree with the office staff and thier rules and do whatever they want to 'protect' themselves. Check your notes after every visit and make sure they don't throw you and your health under the bus in order to protect them from their mistakes.”
