“05/14/2024 @2:53pm Burlington location- I am Standing at the grill right now. I Was so excited to eat a veggie burger coz I haven't had one in a long time and the guy who is manning the grill. Literally hates his job. What happed to this clinic? when I worked here. The kitchen staff were so polite and warm welcoming. This guy is miserable and hates his job. It was so irritated by our presence. I would take his photo and write his name but he didn't have a name tag. I wanted to call him out. I posted the date and time. Hopefully someone will have a coaching conversation about basic customer service.”

“Awesome, incredibly responsive and fast turnaround which is critical when dealing with pain. Called Monday, had a first time appointment the next day. Since I had previous MRIs was able to be scheduled for an epidural shot within 10 days. Returns phone calls, replies to emails, compassionate. My only regret is that I didn't come here first when my pain started.”

“Very little, if any, contact between practitioners and patient. They do not answer or return calls. I had complications following a cortisone steroid shot for arthritis and received no feedback despite multiple attempts to get advice or additional care. Now I am in severe pain during a long weekend without any avenue for care or rehabilitation and I am still unsure whether or not the clinic will get back to me. I am in worse state now than I was prior to receiving the shot. Would not recommend seeking care at this clinic.”

“They renew prescriptions at their leisure, or not at all, without any communication to the patient. It can be very frustrating. I submitted a renewal on Friday, again on Monday, and now on Tuesday night both requests are marked "UNREAD" on their patient portal. I asked the doctor what was going on, and though the message is marked "READ", he did not respond. Calling the office, they said it probably hasn't been renewed because the NP is in surgery all day..... This is the second time this has happened.”
