Patient Testimonials
“I haven't had an appointment yet but when I spoke over the phone with someone to schedule for low back pain, she stated they only perform pain injections. I don't want to blanket symptoms. I want to cure the root problem The one star is for the apparent marketing lies that are posted on their website. I'll adjust the rating as needed once I go to the appointment and will find out why they are omitting the other options of treatment. The following are what appear to be marketing lies Treatment approaches Interventional Pain Management: Minimally invasive procedures for spine and musculoskeletal pain. Implantable Devices: Spinal cord stimulation for chronic pain. Neuropathic Pain: Treatment for nerve-related pain. Cancer Pain Control: Management of pain related to cancer. Addiction Medicine: Expertise in pain management with an addiction component. Approach The center uses a multidisciplinary approach, with specialists working together for comprehensive treatment plans. Physicians are board-certified and have fellowship training in pain management We shall see what treatment plan they pick for me - I bet it will include a needle”

“Best place to go if you enjoy being gaslit at all of your appointments as a female that lives in chronic pain their entire adult life. And if you have a mental health history of anxiety and depression then forget it - you're automatically crazy, and you're spoken to in the most condescending tone possible as if you're a complete nut case. Being polite gets you no where here, so if you don't have thick skin and courage to advocate for yourself while in the middle of being gaslit - don't go here. Your significant other will need to miss work to watch your children just for you to drive out of your way to useless follow up appts that "can't" be virtual - just so you can be gaslit for an entire 4 minutes because that's all the time you're worth- 4 minutes but your insurance is billed whatever a thorough 15-30 min follow up would cost and then you're billed the difference and your phone is harassed to pay- but you have no money because you can't work anymore... Go figure! Bunch of doctors with narcissistic personalities and the WORST bedside manner. Fabricate conversations that never happend and makes up false statements that "you've improved" in your medical notes when you've actually become worse and worse each passing year. Don't go here if you actually want to get your pain under control or at the very least hope to receive some empathy in the care provided to you when you used all your energy just to get yourself to your appointment. Going here for PM it's a waste of time and you'll remain on ssdi the rest of your life starting in your 30's. Every word you speak literally goes through one of their ears and out the other. DON'T GO HERE FOR HELP BECAUSE YOU WON'T FIND IT. Thinks they have all the answers when actually they have NONE”

“Not quite what I expected. I thought I was going to receive a full evaluation of my pain - and further testing as needed - in order to come up with a treatment plan. Instead, I was given a prescription for Lyrica, and the doctor has no interest in further evaluation. I am so disappointed, as I have now run out of options. I am on an aggressive medication regimen as it is, and I don't want to take more without knowing the full cause of my pain.”

“Awesome, incredibly responsive and fast turnaround which is critical when dealing with pain. Called Monday, had a first time appointment the next day. Since I had previous MRIs was able to be scheduled for an epidural shot within 10 days. Returns phone calls, replies to emails, compassionate. My only regret is that I didn't come here first when my pain started.”
