What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“My mother had a pain pump installed 5 yrs ago and it was to much and time after time I called them telling them that she was gonna od. That just kept raising her dose even after phone calls. She would go to sleep standing up and sometimes we couldn't even wake her up. The hospital said she was over dosing in pump. Long story short my mother is no longer alive and it's a shame this place couldn't see what they done to her.”

“Don't know if it's a communication problem or what. My husband went there for some pain management and try to get traction in his back. Needed a updated MRI. So while waiting on a MRI date they sent us to wellness center for some back pain TX because insurance wanted some tx to be able to have an updated MRI. It was denied. We had 9 tx at wellness center. Insurance wouldn't pay for anymore. So went back to pain center. They said they would get an updated MRI WAITED A MINTH BEVER HEARD ANYTHING. So called pain center again and they said they had not ordered it yet. Went back to pain clinic tin two more weeks. Mark said he would other a MRI. Waited 2 weeks called insurance company. They said they haven't heard anything about a request about a MRI. Called pain clinic at hospital asked to talk to Samantha Goodin where we started at. The nurse said she wasn't there and gave me a number to. All her at. Called and left a message. No one called for 2 days. Called that number again and left a message for her to call still didn't hear anything at all so on Friday we call the same number. Nurse said we weren't a patient at that office. I was given that number by the pain clinic to call but she would give her a message to call us. Still no call. As of right now I have nothing good to say except I'm very displeased. I worked at thag hospital for 12 years. And can't believe the service we got. Called my insurance company told them we need someone else. Left my doctor a message and told him to send us somewhere else Just so aggravating. Waiting and calling since July to try to help my husband get treated fsirly. Talked to pain clinic. Everything solved and we are all at a understanding of what happened. Thank you pain clinic for being so kind and considerate to call us back”
