What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Since Jenine retired. It has gone downhill. My orthopedic surgeon sent me to the hospital near where we live in Freeport and Elizabth Kuhn kicked me out because the doctor there gave me a Norco. She told me I was taking meds that she had not prescribed. It has made me not trust doctors now.”
— Amanda Donaldson
“Doctors are very thorough and well staffed due to it also being teaching hospital. State of the art ultrasound for instrument use and insertion of needles for treatment. Impressive staff and building. Great physician. If i were getting a hip replaced, i would see them.”

“Please do yourself a favor and do not see Jeanne! I had gone to get some help with a prep op order from my orthopedic! She couldn't even read the order and insisted it was post help! My Orthopaedic the next day said that was not how the order was written! WHAT I could barely get there. Please don't go try another center! I would like to hear from Kiswaukee's manger that mangers this women!”

“Jeanne was the rudest person I have met. Withing the first 5 minutes she took my tramadol away the my primary doctor wrote the prescription for my fibromyalgia. Without even talking to me about my fibromyalgia she said you don't need tramadol for that. I was standing because my back is pretty messed up and my sciatic nerve was flaring up and my arthritis is bad. She told me to sit down. I told he I would rather not because of the sciatic nerve and my arthritis was hurting bad. She said " I have said I have arthritis to and it hurts so you can sit down". My chiropractor took xrays and don't think she even looked at them. She have me 20 tramadol and told me to wean of the ones my doctor had been giving me. All and all she was rude and had no compassion for her patient. She rushed through the appointment. Had me do what she wanted me to do, not want made me comfortable as a patient and a human being. The only thing she did do was order a MRI. My second visit was just as bad if not worse. So I have to live in pain because she chooses i'm not bad enough for pain meds or she does not want to prescribe said pain meds. That's a huge choice for someone to make that is not even a doctor. It is also inhumane to treat a person like that. To make them live in pain because you chose to not give them pain medication.”
