Doc, attorney, and collections agency don't answer or return messages through whole process so unless you can make it to a randomly assigned bogus court date you have to pay astronomical extra fees. “We've been coming here for 7 years for my grandfather. As his primary caretaker, it's always felt like a struggle getting him decent care. With the very old and people with chronic pain, doctors are always too willing to throw drugs at people to make them go away without actually listening to them at all. This hasn't been the case with Dr. Bodrab and Suzy, our nurse. We've never felt like they weren't working towards improving my Grandfather's life. Genuinely listening to any issues he has and concerns. Answering questions, taking their time. We've only had an issue once or twice with the wait time to actually see the doctor. But even then the staff and service has always been top notch. Definitely recommend.”
