“I imagine each doctor could we rate a differently. However, I have had two different doctors at this pain management in Long Beach and have been impressed with both. Currently I am a patient of Dr Watkins. She listens and gives me time needed to discuss my individual requirements. The only reason I have given four stars as opposed to five, it's because the booking of appointments is somewhat scattered. If you're in the office and book right then everything is fine. However, if you are told they will call you and schedule your appointment, don't believe it. You will rarely if ever get that call So make sure you schedule an appointment when this occurs.”

“Think I dodged a bullet. It's "pain management" and they have you wait a month for a basic phone call consultation, after which you have to wait even longer to get a basic appointment. They screwed up, at 4pm, the day prior to my consultation, called to say my insurance was showing no coverage. Several hours on the phone, find out the next morning that person screwed up, and lost my appointment. If this is the way things are run, it's better I just go somewhere else. Total mess, and does nothing but harm patients by killing valuable time, and no doubt some are in real daily pain.”

“I have been a patient of dr. Hilal for about a year. The office in Long Beach is difficult to reach and it's hard to reach him! once I do see him he's very thorough and somewhat understanding, smart. I do not like calling them because they let you leave a message and they never get back to me. The doctor gave me a cervical injection for the neck problem and he did a great job! two wonderful assistants and it was painless. My issue is that I can only see him once every 3 months and he's hard to get hold of.”
