Her staff has changed throughout the years, but they've always been attentive and helpful when needed & I'm sure that's difficult, having to deal with people, at times, at their most desperate and vulnerable. The receptionist has been pleasant, even though she's always busy. Nurses are friendly and take time listening, to report to Dr. Luo. I can't imagine going to anyone else.”

I let it go because I thought maybe she was just having a bad day but I've overheard her being rude to other patients on the phone multiple times along with how badly she treats my family member. I would go somewhere else if there was another option simply because of how rude she is.”
