All I can say is both of these men are very professional and awesome at what they do. I have to go to them around every three months and I have never had a problem. “I would not recommend Dr. Landsen or his nurse to anyone. They waited until after my 3rd block to tell me that I needed another referral for pain management other than blocks when I had been discussing pain management issues with them since my first block. I got the 2nd referral and then they closed for a week for spring break, knowing the severe pain I was in. I was told if the first block on my L-spine did not work, I would need an MRI. The physical therapist that has been doing needling on me said I would need to try physical therapy if the needling did not last at least a week. I left several messages asking for the MRI and PT orders as well as requested pain med to get me through but never received a call back. I ended up having to get a referral to a different clinic and now have to wait for an opening while having to deal with this pain. Dr. Landsen was also trying to diagnose me with something I do not even have during my last block. When I first asked for something for pain until the blocks worked, Allison, Dr. Landsen 's nurse, told me they like to try alternative methods but not once did they offer any suggestions. Allison also breached HIPPA that is a major violation. All these circumstances are very concerning. The patient advocacy is severely lacking here as well as professionalism.”
