“I've only had one visit, so it's alarming to already have an issue. Scheduling, check in and my first appointment with Dr Connor went very well. I had no issues there. It was when I called to ask why my new pain prescription wouldn't ship for over 2 weeks. In speaking with a woman from patient advocate, I needed to turn in my current prescription first. After 3 back and forth phone calls with her calling Dr Connor and then me back, it was confirmed that I could bring in my prescription the next day at the Benson site. I was advised of the Tucson site, but I told her Benson is closer. She said that's fine. Well it wasn't. How can she not know, that they're not in Benson full time? Ive never been, so I didnt know. I wasted gas, which isn't cheap, driving there the next day. Please train your staff. This should not have happened.”

“Dr. Martin wouldn't treat me just because over 4 months ago I had THC and a trace of alcohol in my system. Both of these are legal and it had been over 4 months since I had either. It is ridiculous that he would not treat me. I definitely recommend going to any pain management Dr. than Dr. Martin.”

“PISA is a patient friendly pain practice. I was able to complete forms online making it easier for me to provide the necessary documents for my visit. Dr Martin was very kind as he reviewed my history with me. I had been seen at another clinic with unsatisfactory results. Many doctors would not want to clean up someone else's mess. We were able to discuss a treatment plan. He ordered an MRI which had not been done. He was genuinely pleased when we had a workable plan to help alleviate my pain. Dr Martin is very knowledgeable in the practice of pain management. I am a retired physical therapist and know a good doctor when I see one.”
