“Cancels without consult.. this place is a Joke.. get referred somewhere else or go to OSU ... They cancelled on a 81 year old lady with less than 6 months left to live who has a crushed back and is in incredible amounts of pain. Not to mention we've been waiting months for her to get in . Dr just looked at her file and canceled her appointment before she was ever seen by anyone from here .. I would avoid this place”

“I know this may sound cliche but if I could give no stars or negative stars here I would. Please, Please, Please do not go here or let one of your family get so called treatment here. First off, when we tried to get an appointment we send an message through the website with not answer, called with no answer and left message with no return call. We chose to actually drive to the office and talk to someone about making an appointment. When we got to the office we were told to go to the second office behind the main office to talk with the scheduler. There were 4 employees outside smoking and were very surprised to see us walk into an unattended office. Conveniently the scheduler was not there at the moment so we left paperwork with another employee and left. Astoundingly we received a call the next day to schedule. Not surprised that the person I spoke to was very unprofessional, used street jargon, and was downright rude. Like she was doing us a favor. The appointment was set for a month out. We get to the appointment and we have to wait an hour and a half past our appointment time to see Dr. Pauley who could not seem to get a string of two words out with out stuttering. She seemed very incompetent. She explained some prescription changes and scribbled instructions on the back of a piece of paper. Professional, I know. Then stated an addiction assessment was needed before any pain medications would be prescribed. She send a referral that was not sent until one and a half weeks later and the progress notes or report of the visit was not on any paperwork aside from the scribbled notes, or forwarded to the facility my mother resides. Of course they did not check to see if the referring doctor took our insurance. I know you are surprised that they did not. We contacted PEMCO to let them know this. Shockingly, it took about two weeks to get some sort of resolution regarding this manner. With an assessment that is so important to the treatment of a wide range of the patients that are seen at this practice they only have one doctor they refer to for this service. AGAIN, DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOU OR A FAMILY MEMBER, THEY ARE HORRIBLE FROM START TO FINISH. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND MENTAL HEALTH.”

“Too bad you can't select 0 stars!! I've been going to this clinic for 3 years, it was great starting out, seen Dr. Pauley only twice the other times it was a PA. I was sent to an addiction specialist, $150 out of pocket, he didn't accept my insurance, he told me he is going to recommend to continue treatment as they were, nope that wasn't going to happen. My own personal opinion, PEMCO & Dr. Mubarak have this little side deal going! was told I would only be getting injections, they don't work. Not one person. Will call me back or even email. So what was the point in sending me to the other doctor? Piss poor customer service, they have absolutely no concern for patient care. AVOID AT ALL COST!! So we are going on 2 weeks with no phone call as to why they did what they did. But it gets worse, I was called in medication and was told to take for withdrawal symptoms, so I have low blood pressure, they called in a medication used for high blood pressure!! I kept getting really dizzy, seeing black spots and had to grab ahold of something so I would fall. Called left messages actually several messages and not one single person from this god awful office will return my call!! I've sent a complaint to the Ohio medical board as well!!”

“I asked why the federal and Ohio law that states pain patients in treatment on and before 2018 were NOT to be forced tapered but were.No answer to that one. I was taken from 100 mg to a 25 mg. .More people have died now from turning to illegal drugs and suicide, because of inadequate pain management A pain patch fell into my dress, and I was blamed for that and she refused to prescribe after that. I agreed to spinal injections with no relief, but Dr.Dann reported to my family doctor I claimed 100% relief, which was absolutely untrue. I requested to see another doctor in that practice but was refused. When I told her a new Rx she prescribed nearly killed me, she dismissed me from the clinic. That turned out to be a good thing because having a doctor giving bad vibes is not a helpful situation, besides being extremely unpleasant. Her insistence that my pain was caused by my spine was completely wrong and I've learned it's from an entirtely different cause.”
