“Came here to relieve back and neck pain because the reviews were great. I expected the PA to find where my muscles were tight and use ultrasound to identify the right places to inject like other doctors. She did not, the pain got worse and I wasn't able to sleep or sit down all week. Please also note that she dropped a cap on my head while the injection was being done. Because I was in so much pain and didn't know where else to go, I returned the following week. I waited over 40 minutes to be seen. When I asked the staff why THREE appointments for the one PA was made at the same time, they told me it was because people showed up ahead of me. However, I showed up on time for my appointment, so the fact that they were trying to switch the blame to me is irresponsible. The scheduling clearly had multiple overlaps. Please go somewhere else if you want to be treated by professionals. Not sure how this place got 5 stars in other reviews.”
