“I went to Dr. Provenzano a week ago, referral from my primary care doctor in an effort to find comfort for severe arthritis pain in my joints. He didn't listen to anything I said, he offered no acceptable solutions, he was rude and condescending. Insulting actually. I suppose he is looking for patients that need more expensive procedures, I did not. I was just looking for a solution to deal with my discomfort so I can sleep.
