“Dr. Adlaka and Dr. Paramaswar do not really care about their patients. Dr. Tupper did care.i was in a car accident in June of 2018. Dr. Adlaka wanted my lawyer to sign a promissory letter. My lawyer counter offered with negotiating the amount. Dr Adlaka was not happy about that and made Dr. Tupper stop seeing me. They didn't refer me to a new doctor, they stopped my pain medication with no concern about worrying about withdrawal symptoms. Would not recommend them”

“This place is a joke. On the website they claim to offer neuropathy treatment (for nerve ending pain). And yet, contacting this office we were advised they only deal with pain management for the neck and back with injection treatment. They need to update their website with factual treatment options.”

“I started going here around June of 2020. Everyone there is very nice and I have always had a good experience. You can actually feel that they actually care (unlike some other Pain management doctors and staff) and truly want the best for you. I drive an hour each way and it's well worth the trip. It's hard to find a good doctor that actually care so I don't mind traveling to the one I found. Dr. P is a great doctor and deserve more than 5 stars!”

“I went for a consultation based on referral in March for an epidural. Before I agreed to consultation I was assured that the clinic is out of network but would be treated as in network and I would only have to pay copay. I paid copay at the time of visit. No further imaging or tests were done or ordered. I was told I would received a call from them to schedule the procedure once insurance had approved it. I hadn't heard from anyone since, no follow up, not even a call to assure anything was in order or check on my status, and today I receive a bill from them for the consultation beyond my copay amount. Not sure why the dishonesty. Buyer beware.”
