Patient Testimonials

I am blown away with my experience! The time and attention being given to me as well as what I have seen for others had been like no where else that I have dealt with. These people have improved my life! The physical therapy alone has been more focused on me that any of my other doctors. I became disabled at the beginning of 2025 and PCET have made my life better . Yes I recommend them!!

My visit on this day was w/Dr Schott (?sp). I do not believe I have ever had a more positive visit @ this clinic, @ least that I can remember. It was clear from the outset that the dr had read my history. She was extremely respectful & discussed in detail a new approach which she proposed to take w/respect to my healthcare. Everything she explained to me was crystal-clear. So, we have begun a different course of action re my pain control. If this does not work well, I have every confidence that Dr Schott will suggest/recommend another plan for me.

I was referred to see Dr. Choo and ended up seeing Darren McCoy FNP-BC, CPE. He was in my opinion not educated in chronic pain caused from EDS. It's my first time hearing from him that this is not a painful disease. He was unaware that there are multiple types of physicians that treat this disease and that some forms of this disease can shorten your life span or can be debilitating. Because joints wearing out, muscle, nerve pain, digestive issues, that are chronic and can come with flare ups. Chronic pain is debilitating in its self but many people with this disease end up in a wheelchair. In addition, he tried to convince me I don't have scoliosis and we both are looking at a report that's states otherwise. Mild or not there's obviously something going on if is causing pain. I told him my chief complaint is my ribs, neck, and thoracic spine. He suggested trigger point injections. Which doesn't solve the tightness in the side or front of my neck. Which is causing migraines and is incredibly painful. Mr. McCoy was attempting to gas light me, dismissing and ignoring half of my issues. I'm so disappointed to pay $100 copay to someone who is obviously not educated in treatment of pain. Sadly my insurance will have to pay too. The sadness part isn't that I had experience this but that one day our younger generation will have to continue to fight for proper healthcare. I hate that for them. I had hoped and prayed by 2025 our doctors would have realized how detrimental this is for their patients. I wouldn't goto this group if you have auto immune diseases, genetic diseases, or any chronic pain issues that are not simple. It's clear to me that what they are looking for, easy work. As you can see this is my first negative review ever and don't had them out lightly. My experience would have to be be pretty bad for me to say anything. This appointment was one of the worst I've ever experienced in my life. Save your time and money goto someone who will listen and help you.

Just wanted to recognize a staff member named Mandy. Mandy is always ready to greet me with a smile & is always so courteous & well mannered, not to mention professional. Her beautiful smile & kind words truly brighten my day each time I see her. You can tell that she truly cares about people.
