“I've been to the center multiple times and it has always been amazing. The staff is usually happy and kind. However, this last time the initial staff was rude and bitchy. Especially, the girl who took my vitals. I was sitting with my back slightly forward because I was there to have shots Into my toxic because of severe pain. She was trying to get me to lean back to take my blood pressure. I explained I couldn't sit backwards onto my tailbone because of the severe pain. She just got huffy. In over 50 years, I've never had anyone have a problem, taking blood pressure when you're just normally sitting up. Because typically, you don't have a nice comfy chair to lean back on in a doctor's office. Usually, the rudeness wouldn't matter. But, I suffer from severe PTS. So, my anxiety was high already. Fortunately, the anesthesiologist was incredibly kind and wonderful and immediately set my mind to ease. Besides her, the staff was extremely disappointing. The three stars is simply due to the anesthesiologist and front staff. To be fair, every other experience at this facility has been five stars until this last one.”

My last appointment I just found out Bailey is leaving and of course To spread her knowledge, To share her kind heart, and to bless the rest of the world with her miracle hands.
