“No long wait times.drs are genuinely concerned an staff and drs are always pleasant.They all have worked with my other drs and surgeons to make sure I recieve the best care an my pain is under control.i feel very comfortable in talking with Dr Ellen especially. Shes almost like my therapist too.lol and Jason.hes awesome as well.all of the staff are amazing caring and loving.the office is clean an I love the way they keep it decorated for each Holliday. “I was sadly disappointed, felt like I was doing something wrong as soon as I went back. Had to give a urine sample with a nurse present in the bathroom and fill out so many papers. Briefed on what not to do with medicine, and I never received anything. I didn't know what to even expect,I had never been to anything like this. My records were never sent, had to take another trip for X-rays, then return two more weeks later, had a came at the wrong time, they would not see me even tho they were empty and I drove 45 mins to get there, said I was a walk in first time, I'm pretty sure the insurance was billed for the previous visit. I felt like there was not much empathy towards pain, or a goal of me feeling better. I've been in pain for three years now, and feel like no where I go is serious about helping or cares genuinely. I'm out of heart with the whole matter. These doctors don't realize what a impact thier spirit has on people who are already desperate. But the staff in the office was great. I'm gonna have to leave my ruptured disc and arthritis and growing poverty to God.”
