Patient Testimonials
“I have been a patient at this clinic for many years and have always had a wonderful experience with Dr. Scott, Rhonda, and their nursing staff. They are compassionate, understanding, and truly dedicated to patient care. Dr. Scott, in particular, is polite, considerate, personable, an excellent communicator, and an outstanding physician. While scheduling appointments can be challenging due to his popularity, it is a testament to the exceptional care he provides. The only difficulties I have encountered have been occasional miscommunications with the office staff, likely due to the high turnover rate in such a busy clinic. Despite this, I am extremely happy with the care I receive and will continue to trust Dr. Scott and his team with my healthcare for the foreseeable future.”

“My first appt was Aug 15th I saw one of Dr Scott's PAs she was great went over everything and convinced me to try another neck injection even though the previous one I had at another office made my pain worse. I went in yesterday on my birthday 11/21 for said neck injection. What I was told in the first at is I'd have a consult first with the Dr Scott then the injection procedure. That did not happen I have still never even seen Dr Scott's face and he had needles in my spine. The nursing staff took me back rudely told me to lay face down on the table didn't give me anytime to adjust comfortable before rudely say my face needed to be in the whole so I was laying uncomfortable the entire time. Then multiple people proceeded to talk around me and touch me repeatedly without asking or warning me first. They used tape to stretch out my shirt instead of offering a sterile gown. They only asked me one question my weight. The Dr came in after probably 15mins of me laying uncomfortable, in pain, and ignored like I wasn't in the room. Dr Scott was fine but I was already so upset and just wanted it done so I could go. After I got up grabbed my stuff told the nurses how rude they were and the entire experience was awful. They didn't look like they cared at all. I received a call later to go over the after paperwork because I left without it and voiced my concerns again which again didn't seem like that nurse cared either and was blowing it off. I left feeling like I wasn't human to them just a task on their list.”

“I had the first phase of an RFA, before I had it I asked if they were sure I need prior authorization for my procedure for all phases with my insurance as I did NOT with any of my ESIs. The response was "we have never heard of that." So I had step one have been waiting almost 4 weeks for them to call me to schedule step 2. Called Friday left a message and decided I would just check with our insurance to see where we were at. They informed me with my diagnosis code I did NOT need ANY prior authorization for a RFA procedure. So why am I waiting all this time to wait for authorization that I don't need that they should of know the first time they contacted our insurance company when the Dr told me we only needed to wait 2 weeks in between procedures? And is is really necessary to do 2 "tests" to see if it's going to help that they told me were required by insurance when my insurance specifically told me I do not any type of prior authorization?? I understand doing one to make sure it's of benefit but 2??? I left 2 messages with my Drs person they said handles these things and my husband left 2 with the office manager. Neither of us received a return call. So disappointing as I really like my Dr and don't want to see anyone else but this is a very poorly ran clinic on the business side. Its almost like we are being punished for having good insurance.”

“Please find another doctor's office for your back and pain management! From the very beginning, I had to follow up several times just to get an appointment. After visiting with the nurse who saw me, we would determined we needed imaging. I waited two weeks to get a call back to schedule the imaging and no one ever called. Finally, I called and got it scheduled. The imaging ended up taking 2 hours. Most of that's time was spent waiting in the waiting room or in a gown for an imaging professional to show up and do the imaging. After the imaging was finished, I waited another 10 days hoping to get a call back but never did. I called the office again. This time I asked the nurses assistant if they had a procedure in place for calling people back after imaging is completed and she clearly said they did not. I don't understand how an office can function that way. At this point I indicated to them that I would be finding another doctor's office, but would like to pick up a copy of my imaging for the other office. Later that day I received a call indicating that the doctor would like to do an injection. I decided to give them one more chance. The day of the injection I was not informed of any side effects or risks involved, nor the amount of pain that would be involved in receiving the injection. My pain is now worse than when I started. At my follow-up visit, the nurse did not show up for 30 minutes after my appointment time. At this point I decided to walk away. Very little, if anything, about my experience with this office has felt like health care.”
