What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Dr. Oh and all the staff were very cordial, helpful and very caring. My consultation with Dr. Oh was very helpful and encouraging. He took extra time to explain my condition and his recommendations on treatment. And Ashley was very helpful as well. She provided me information on how I could review the doctors assessment and how I could share it with my family. Just an excellent experience!”

“My visit was completed in at timely manner, the desk young lady was very professional in my contact with her, she explained what I need to do in completing my paperwork. My lobby wait was very short, and I was greeted by nurse who guided me to room and very professional in taking mu vitals and a few minutes PA Nash came into the room and discussed what my issues were and discussed several different ways I could be treated and he said he would discuss it with the doctor and they wood submit the paperwork to the VA. My total visit was very nice and professional with personnel who treated me. PA Mash was also very polite and caring during my visit with him.”

“The doctors here care about every aspect of my pain. They listen and quickly get to the problem. The women at the front desk are super nice and quickly get you registered. The only problem in the beginning was getting approved for a surgery. But because my insurance won't pay for anesthesia. I have had to put my health a side to save $600 in order to get the trial done and then the final placement. It's not the fault of the clinic. But I would suggest calling your insurance company to get the approval done in a more efficient timely matter.”

“There is about a month to two month wait period to get in. Then the doctor doesn't read any of your history and suggests treatments you don't want because you've already tried them and they didn't work. And then they do a drug test, which you're not allowed to go anywhere else to get done, it HAS to be through their office, and the results take 4 weeks to come back. And then two months later you get hit with a near $300 bill because they charge over $800 for a drug test. $800 for a drug test and I never went back because I ended up getting what I needed from a different doctor. Glad I never got the injections they wanted to do, who know what that would have cost.”
