“Update: I received a call from the office to get it scheduled with another provider. Thank you for reaching out and addressing my concerns. I was seen by Dr Prabhu for my very first appointment. I already had my medications figured out before coming here and hoping to get them reviewed. Dr Prabhu was on time and listened me and answered all questions however she was very pushy about getting injections. She told me if I opt to get an injection at a hospital her office will not continue to manage my pain because things get complicated. I did not feel like she was considering the cons having too frequent injections as I had my first one 2 months ago at a hospital. This was my first (and probably last) time going to a pain clinic, if this is how things are working, I could just use my own PCP which would be easier to get appointments at least. Then I had a medication question on the app, the nurse returned to me at the same day which is great however she does not sound like she knows anything about a simple pain killer I was using. Whatever I asked, she said "of course you can do it if you want to". It was one of the worst medical advice I have ever heard! Giving 2 stars because Dr Prabhu did her best to listen to me and answered all my questions. Everything else is just 0.”
