“This place is a joke. Had a work comp accident causing new injuries after already being a patient and taking Norco. MRI clearly shows I have not 1 not 2 but 3 herniated disc's two fractures and won't increase my pain meds. Been on Norco for 9 years and it did manage my pain ok to where I could work and function. Now the Norco doesn't help but maybe 10% of the pain on my new injuries. ER gave me Percocet and it did help relief about 60% of the pain. I was told to deal with the pain. Holidays ruined due to the pain. I understand not prescribing hard opioids for just anything but I have proof of new injuries and never had BP issues before and now running on avg 152/113 due to the pain. Will be finding a new pain management doctor.”

“This is place is pathetic. I wish I could give them a negative star but. I canceled my frist appointment because I had COVID. I received a warning letter because I canceled. I really didn't think much of it. because I was doning what healthcare providers instruct you to do when you test positive for COVID. So, I get there for my rescheduled first appointment and was told they wouldn't see be because I was late and had received a warning letter. I was late because their address on their website is incorrect. It is there old address, never updated and no one in the office informed me that they had moved. Needless to say they got the bad side of me and I left. Very unprofessional in my mind. I have put off for many years seeking out this service because it has such a stigma. I will be visiting my back surgeon, who is not affilicated the JMH and revisit this issue with him. I was also warned to stay away from this clinic but it is convienent for me. I guess the several people that warned me were CORRECT.”

“I am not Fran I am her daughter but worst place I have ever been! Everytime I have been there it is at least a hour and a half wait if not longer. They always say oh he's running behind. I waited three months for a steroid shot and it only worked two weeks. I was informed by a nurse he is in law school and will be leaving practice soon. I think I know why. I hope he is better at being a lawyer because I have nothing good to say about him as a doctor!”
