I received a call back from his office after-hours from an extremely pleasant and caring woman. I explained my pain issue, and while I was on hold, she asked Dr. Petersohn if it was something that was in the scope of their practice to treat. Even though the answer was no, the young lady assured me she would have the doctor find me some names of providers who could assist and call me when the office reopened. To my surprise, I received a call on Monday with a recommendation! As someone who has had to see many doctors, I appreciated how the front desk/administration was so kind, and that the doctor was willing to give me a recommendation more suited to my needs. If this is how Dr. Petersohn and his office treat people who aren't even their patients, I could imagine that those who are their patients are very well cared for.”

“Dr. Jeffrey Petersohn is an amazing physician. I've been his patient for the past 6 years & I believe he is a very smart man. Great doctor. Very knowledgeable, caring, thorough, etc. You may have to wait in his waiting room for awhile but it's definitely worth the wait to see him. I totally believe he really cares about his patients & understands the never ending nightmare of living with chronic back pain which is what I suffer from. When the time came that he advised me that I would be better off having a major back surgery because the back injections he was giving me for 3 years stopped working, he was completely honest with me about it. So, it was time for me to consult with a spine surgeon. Unfortunately, after consulting with 3 different spine surgeons, I found out that the major back surgery I need has to be postponed for now. I returned to Dr. Petersohn with this disappointing news & he is continuing to treat me until I'm able to have my back operation. He's definitely not a quitter & he persevers in finding alternative ways to help me deal with my pain. He thinks "outside the box". He's a great doctor & I highly recommend him & give him the 5 star review he truly deserves. I'd give him more than 5 stars if I could!”
