I just recently was scheduled to have a re-vision surgery done on my spinal cord stimulator and as we got there quickly realized it would be a replacement surgery instead. His team worked very hard to quickly get a pre-authorization done same day where I could still keep my surgery on the same day. That not only went above and beyond but even stayed late to finish.
