“This office is awful. They have charged me and my insurance for test that were not performed. I have notified my insurance carrier and the Doctors office but they still are billing me for test never performed. I actually have the documentation of the error and that I am correct. I have spoken with several people in the billing office who say they will fix the problem. Then the following month, they bill me again. Hard to speak to the billing office, usually goes to voice mail but they do not return calls. My next step will probably be to bring counsel into the matter to protect my credit. I would avoid this office at all cost.”
