“So, had an early appointment, got there 6 minutes late due to traffic. One receptionist working with a patient trying to work on appointment dates. Towards the end, an employee came from the back area to talk to that receptionist about an appointment for another man who was in the back room. By the time the receptionist acknowledged me, it was 15 minutes past my appointment time. Now she says I'm late, might not be seen, goes to the back, tells me to wait, then says I can be seen at an afternoon time the same day. 1. 6 minutes late originally, and reception with a patient going back and forth with appointments. 2. Only 1 receptionist at front during this time. 3. Seems like you wait in the office at least 10 to 15 minutes before going to a room in the back to wait again for 5+ minutes. All after your scheduled appointment. 4. If your seeing a PA, it's a 3 to 5 minute visit. Why turn the patient away? This place needs better management, and train the receptionist staff to be nicer and realize things can happen and be more compassionate to patients in pain. In all the years going to doctors, this receptionist staff is the worst I have encountered and needs better training. The way they speak to patients is deplorable.”

“Don't go to this place, they don't give a shit about pain management. If you have emergency work done for teeth or an emergency room vosit for pain they will report you across the state for abusing drugs and shut you off completely This is what they do to elderly people who have heart issues, had emergency tooth extractions and a knee replacements. Make sure you get all your urine work from them for proof.”
