What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I have gone there just this year. The Dr ordered me a back back brace in March it was approved in May by insurance and I have yet to receive it. I have called, asked at my visit and keep getting the run around. I keep leaving messages and they don't call back I finally involved the insurance company and they called them and left a message and they still won't respond. This is not an office I would recommend to anyone and I am not giving up! That is one of the most unprofessional offices i have ever been to. When i had one of my injections the drs assistant told me if I moved he would slap me silly (kidding or not) you don't say that to a patient. When i said something at my next visit about it I was told that's just his sense of humor.”

“You can't get a hold of billing you can't make appointments you can't talk to people and they tell you you're talking to a supervisor and they have transferred you to To a radiologist technician and he saying he's in charge and he can take complaints and stuff and it takes you forever to get in to get an appointment Because there is no doctors there two times a week every other week and I you're getting TMJ and injections and then all of a sudden the ladies is gone and they're saying my insurance won't cover stuff they didn't pay for my injections. I talked to my insurance and they said yes they did it just seems like these people are trying to rip off And they tell me that I can't get both injections at the same time because my insurance won't pay for it. My insurance has been doing it for four years. different pain management and I couldn't go there anymore because they closed and this place is just not right and you can't make an appointment with the PA because I don't know because you have an appointment with them already but you want to talk to him about something else, but you can't make an appointment because they won't allow you to. I would never go there. I would not trust these people they I told them that my neurologist works with my mom pain management doctors office and they didn't. They said no that can't happen because we have a neurologist here or my neurosurgeon excuse me and I said well that's how I've always done it and that's how I wanna do it. I just decided I will stay in pain until I can get into my new one, which is November 6. They got me in within , what couple of weeks and I canceled my appointments and they're still telling me telling me I need to confirm my appointment. I have told him three times now to cancel my appointment and they will not do it. Don't go there. It's very sketchy.”

“I was at pca for 8 yrs. never had a problem, was honest and got along with them all fine until July 3rd 2024, on July 2nd I went in for my meds and told John Churchill my Dr. accidentally called in to many valium, which she was giving me 20 every few months for injections, which he had np with, but called in 60, he told me to bring in the 40 and destroy them and he would write my script, which I did on July 3rd, I handed the meds to his MA and told her they had to be destroyed, they called my Dr. to find out why they prescribed so many, my Dr. said they can't prescribe that many because I'm on a opioid, John's MA said "but you did, I have the bottle in my hand", proving it was prescribed accidentally, they were close to closing for the holiday wked and the office girls were trying to help me get my meds, they told my Dr. to just say 3mo supply and they put me in a rm to wait for fax from my Dr.his MA came in rm handed me back the valium and said he cut your qty. down, I said " why?" "I did what he ask and brought them in to be destroyed" they said because your Dr said it was a 3mo. supoly, umm, they told my Dr. to say that, John come running in the room screaming at me said " that's all your getting, GET OUT!" and never told me I could no longer get meds there, I found out from receptionist when she called to remind me about injection, I asked him why I was kicked out for meds, he said because iraised my voice to his MA, his MA knows I wasn't raising my voice at her, I was confused because I didn't understand what just happened, he lied, screamed and I'm kicked out, I have serious med issues that cause severe pain, no other pain management anywhere, I even brought treats for his dog, that shouldn't even be roaming around the office where injections are given, ridiculous! If I could have stayed with Angela this wouldn't have happened, thanks for making me suffer John Churchill, I know he don't care at all about people in severe pain, wish I had someone to complain too! That's not right, I did nothing wrong.”

“I Went to appointment with my husband and I feel like he was treated ,unfairly and that as a new patient he wasn't treated as such he was judged without any hope of getting help that he really needed. I would really like to know if other have ever been there a received a red flag, and if so what does that mean .”
