“Very unorganized, not very professional, accommodating, or respectful of someone's time. I am not a drug seeking woman so I wasn't seen in 6 months because if I dont need medications I don't go to the doctor. I assume that is a responsibe way to do things. I called to make an appointment which was scheduled, to then be told I needed a new referral. I then contacted my doctor for the referral twice, it went in. I was then told I could make an appointment so they made me one. I show up to the appointment at 230pm for a 245p appointment, check in. I fill out paperwork, pay $20 I'm almost positive I've paid already (my fault for not keeping the receipt on file). I wait until 3:37pm to then be told I cannot be seen, because someone put me in as a regular patient and not a new patient. I am not a new patient as I have been seen at this facility, when I asked the lady who ran the facility to discuss being seen after sitting there an hour for things that are not my fault. I was told no. God help those who suffer regularly like me, I do not recommend this place.”

“So I had been seeing this doctor now for almost 4 years now, I honestly had NO problems with doctor Dixon he really helped me get my pain under control. Everything was going GREAT I did everything they ask of me never failed a urine test, always came in for my pill counts. Well when doctor Dixon opened his new office in Madison Heights it also came with a new SO-CALLED-DOCTOR named Sharon Clark, like I said I had NO problems what so ever with Dr Dixon I really thought he was a great doctor, but when he allowed this heartless insensitive inconsiderate unkind uncaring unsympathetic so called doctor SHARON CLARK in his office she RUINED my life!! See, what happened was the rules got changed around and I was no longer allowed to bring my 4 year old son in the back with me while seeing her and Lori Mullins that caused a huge problem with me because I couldn't find a baby sitter or family member to come with me to watch my son, it took me and my husband sometime to figure out how to slove this ordeal without him losing his job, so when we did figure it out this woman Sharon Clark was not happy that it took me time to find a baby sitter so she threw me out of Dr. Dixon's office, also the medication I was on for 3 YEARS she tapers me off WAY TO QUICKLY and makes me sick as Hell and I express this feeling to her and I honestly felt that she DID NOT CARE AT ALL for the way I was feeling not even a little bit. So 3 years ago I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this doctor office but now NO I do not recommend people go here.”

“This establishment is a PILL MILL! And it started with Dixon! There is absolutely no regard for the patients health and well being---but you can get as many drugs as you want! There is absolutely nothing done such as injections and long term treatment--but you can get all the pills you want! Something is not quite right in this establishment---it feels as if something fraudulent is going on because it is not required by law for a pain treatment client to have to urinate in a cup Everytime you walk thru the doors! And I mean Everytime! I searched and actually found a group of real doctors, not PAs--- and they have helped and guided me thru five bone surgeries! Please don't go here!”

“Life before Dr.Dixon and NP Sharon Clarke was next to unbearable and no kind of life at all. Treating me probably wasn't the easiest because I really didn't want to use narcotics. They talked me into using them long enough to get my pain under control and not become habit forming. Now they treat me with a pain patch and I can enjoy being a father again most days. Thanks Doc and Sharon you guys are the best.”
