“I will not be back. My insurance covers injections, no pre auth required. I had an appointment recently, I was pain and after a quick appointment with the nurse I was told 2 weeks would be the soonest I could get my injections. They KNEW a pre auth was not required, but insisted 2 weeks until I could get in. This was not a new diagnosis or different complaint of pain. Conveniently if I paid cash they could do my injections right then and there. This is the second time they pulled this. I was in pain so I paid cash, but I will never go back. I should send a complaint to the DOI, and I just might. When you're in pain telling you 2 weeks or cash is ridiculous.”
