“So this was probably my 3rd appointment at the Mount Airy location (previously went to the Rockville location.) While every one I've ever dealt with in their practices have been kind and helpful, they even go above and beyond my prior experiences with the practice. Everyone from the front office staff, to the people checking you in taking blood pressure etc, and of course the Nurse practitioner or Dr are kind, helpful, and also efficient. I had a couple new things this visit, met another staff member and forgive me I can't remember her name (it started with an M.) She met with me first to go over a couple things. First was a new App they have you down load and help you get set up there. This is to check in daily with them, just a few easy questions, but then also will have the ability to ask questions or make requests through the app so if you need anything you can just add it while doing your daily check in and they'll get back or follow up with what is needed. I love this as you don't have to call and it sounds like it will streamline getting assistance from them without having to sit on hold or call multiple times as it is with some Dr's offices I visit. So they are proactively making their practice even more efficient and patient friendly. She also had me do a new test which involved blood pressure cuffs on your 4 limbs and an oxygen meter. The Staff member was kind and considerate, making me feel comfortable and not rushed at all and not even worried if I wasn't able to do everything necessary due to pain and mobility issues. So aside from the usual easy, friendly, and quick in and out appointment, they continue to add new technology to make the patients lives a little easier. I've been going to pain management on and off for 20 years with the latest practice change due to insurance not covering my old Dr, and I can honestly say while I had no problems with past practices, the people at PASS Maryland and the ststem they have set up really has been the best overall experience from any pain management clinic I've been to. Thank you for helping keep my quality of life at an acceptable level especially during these cold months which are by far the worst for me.”

“The receptionist presents a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Waiting times are minimal. Nurses are exceptionally friendly they explain everything they will be doing to prepare you to see your doctor. Once Dr. J walks in the room he also presents a very calming atmosphere he explained all the recent results of my previous weeks testing such as nerve and balance testing results he answered all my questions regarding the test results and offered up information on where I could get help with improving the test results. This company is top notch when it comes to critical spine care and explains all the latest procedures that would help you in your pain management journey. “If you are looking for a place where professionalism and expertise are valuable to address your pain problems , this is the place to go. Chrissy very clearly communicated to me the details of my issues and the treatments that I need . I have surgeries coming but while waiting, I am getting better sleep following the physical therapy they recommend along with the right medications. I know what they are doing is right.
