“The office staff is not great. Dr B is highly recommended but cant get past the staff that seems to be untrained and unprofessional. My last visit was for shots in the back and the tech was telling the lady beside me who just had shots how big the needle was. I did tell her to stop because I was next. The 1st apt no better. He was an hour behind which I was ok with waiting but my new patient apt was 5 mins. Staff was in the hall laughing and joking which I thought how nice they like their job but seems alot of things fall thru the cracks and have to micromanage your apt. I had 2 apts, canceled all future apts.”
