“Thank you! You got me in quick. Gave me good pain meds thank you! You scheduled me an SI injection about 2 weeks out. You seemed to care. You said it was because of insurance that I had to wait so long for my SI injection. I called my primary care insurance and they said nope you can come right away just have you guys send them something saying I need to get in. You were the only ones around that got me an MRI, thank you for that! Nobody else listened. I called you every 2 days to try to get in sooner for the SI injection. I did not get in sooner, you never called me back even though I call seven or eight times. It's still scheduled. I called to leave a voicemail was put on hold got sent to voicemail. It took a totally different doctor to give me my MRI results. Now that I know what's going on we'll see what happens. I'm thinking I'm going to have to go to salt Lake City to get help. A couple of my friends told me to leave Pocatello,Idaho to get help, I'm wondering. Nobody around here want to do an MRI. I'm in extreme pain because of a back extrusion and I can't get in sooner for an injection but I know hopefully once you find out what's going on I pray you help or I found somebody who will or somebody who will listen to me...... To be continued while in excruciating pain. We'll see if anybody calls me about my MRI, even though it was done last Friday and today is Wednesday and I still haven't heard from you & another doctor had time to get it and give me results. Each day that passes by I feel like I'm dying in pain. Don't worry, everybody else takes their time too because they're not the ones hurting and I don't think people really care unless it's them or their family members that hurt. I guess it's good I didn't get in for the SI injection I heard that's not what I need. We'll see what you guys say. Served my country for this type of care and having to fight for somebody to help me and listen, breaks my heart! On second thought I better call Salt Lake City today to try to get help maybe they'll be faster at responding and helping. Thanks for the MRI!”
