“Doctor placed a pain pump in my grandmother without any other options given. We were told by a doctor at Portneuf in Pocatello that the pump is normally only put in as a last resort for cancer patients. He also explained they placed it in a terrible place and this was probably causing her so much pain and pinching nerves. After some time we got the pump taken out by Portneuf. She has had no more pain since and is finally recovering. I highly recommend to stay away from this place.”

“I showed up for my appointment and the receptionist wouldn't check me for my appointment. After 30 minutes she finally did. Then she told I was over 30 minutes late so I told that would just leave. She had the talk with me. Again I was late. They accused me of lying and they very rude. I will never go back. Very unprofessional and lack of ethics.”
