“HORRIBLE OFFICE: I started coming here, Pain & Rehabialitive in Emeryville to see Dr. Neil Kamdar, he was a pretty good Doctor and he did so much for me, but as the time went by he wanted me to go to a Hospital based Pain Management, which I understood. Then the office atmosphere started changeing so bazaar and unprofessional, first my Insurance stopped my regular medication on the spot no notice, so when I went back to my Doctor he gave me medication that my insurance will cover, then next time I went they did not cover it, it needed pre-authorization from my Medical Insurance and this office never sent one I kept going back n fourth with my Pharmacy, My Insurance and Dr. Kamdars office for a month and this office knew what they were doing giving me medication knowing it was not covered so that I would have a problem getting anything they made it chaos on purpose for the patients so we would ubruptly stop coming they knew I was having problems but that was their way of fading out the patients that have pain, on my last appointment my Doctor came in and then a huge Steroid looking man came in behind him I mean this guy looked bigger and ridiculous like Arnold Shwatenegar he was HUMONGOUSM when I shook his hand it felt like I was shaking a catchers mit not a hand, how gross It seemed that this was a way to intimidate us introducing him as the new Doctor that was gonna take over, I asked my Doctor why they were changing and he told me because of the problems with Pre-Authorizations, they are not getting through and problems with telephone communications, what a bunch of BS, I went through hell these last couple months, as I was leaving the front office still made me another appointment, what for? They made me go crazy, lying to us, not being Honest, every time I went the whole staff was totally different, nobody knew who I was I was devastated at how I was treated, the Doctor and this office is weird, I went for about two years there and the only same person ever was the Doctor and he never helped me to transfer out so I'm lost without a Pain Specialist they don't want me back, they know I still need Spine Surgery, Im in a huge amount of pain because of my older Spinal Surgery not to mention my Right Shoulder was completely Replaced, I was left just crying, Its all about the money too bad greed is taking over, so sad I think they only want paitents that have workers comp. that brings in more funds to therm allegedly.
