“Went here for 2 years very poor service. High turnover because the doctor is rude. Been trying to get FMLA paperwork filled out for over 3 months, nothing but excuses if they answer phone. The lead doctor wants to control patients treatment regardless of there situation. I'm looking for another doctor office for my mother as we speak. I've been calling your office for months secretary keep saying you are busy and will call back you never do, but you have the nerve to respond within 15 minutes on a Google review, that's ridiculous. Instead of going holistic you need to go out of business. My mother is at the point of tears I'm gonna have to leave work and risk getting fired cause you won't fill out my paperwork or response to my mother request for her medicine. If you don't respond before pharmacy closes at 4pm I will have to take her to emergency room for the weekend. This is how you treat an 85 year old woman. I don't know how they do things in country you are from but I'm America I find this unacceptable.”
