“First, let me clarify: the actual provider is why I gave a 5* rating. Getting TO the provider was also challenging I almost gave up. More on that below. The provider was on time, thorough, and caring. Again, 5* on my appointment. I am a new patient. I called and left several messages and received no callbacks. I called again and someone answered (yay). I was asked to fill out online forms before I could have an appointment I filled out the forms and waited almost a week, then called back and left a message.I called AGAIN, and the person who answered said she couldn't see the forms. She gave excuses for not calling me back. I asked for a supervisor and she put me on a long hold. She came back to the call and said she found the forms. No apology about any of the lack of response from them. The good news is that there was an opening soon and I got an appointment (yay). Overall, very poor assistance. It's important that the front desk is prompt and responsive, especially with a provider for pain and psychiatric services!”
