“Been going for over 10yrs. Just listens and types does what he thinks is right. Acts buddy buddy. This review has been years over do.. have disc,nerve,hip etc problems and he focuses on what he thinks. He needs to watch a brilliant mind and take some notes. I have many but I'll tell you the last time I went. Told him my back had gone out a few times last couple months . Rebounding spasms. Etc i told him i was taking a little more then i normally do on tramadol. he never asked me how much I was taking which is one first hour.. I'll talk half of 2nd one hour later and other half if need be.. no more then 2 a day if that. He assumed I'm probably smoking injecting who knows. So I go to get my normal prescription and it's cut to 16 from 54 about pills andddddddd aaaaa box a narcan.. Guess I'm a drug addict so it seems like he thinks. Never one word he said about this when I went to pick it up.. wants to inject you more then anything”

“Dr Kim is really ridiculous. He doesn't seem to care about his patients. if he can't continue to bill someone's insurance, he gets very annoyed. I ended up having to have surgery and he was annoyed that I had to start seeing the surgeon. Now today 10.21.2024 I just received a bill for balance due after insurance. Date of service was 1.31.2023. This is the second bill I've received from him for services just about 2 years old. What a joke!!!!! He gets mad when he can't continue to bill insurance. Beware patients and insurance companies. Tisk, tisk, tisk Dr. Kim. Very bad juju”

“Dr. Kim treated my son's herniated disc with steroid injections on two separate occasions nearly two years apart. He was very empathetic towards my son which helped him relax and feel heard. I was very aware of how carefully and methodically Dr. Kim considered all medical notes and test results from multiple providers across several years. He also spent a lot of time discussing the best approach. The procedures aren't fun but both my son and I felt very confident in his expertise and approach. (It's also worth noting that Dr. Kim was able to successfully treat my son's pain after he had seen another M.D, for the same procedure: we believe Dr. Kim's expertise and experience made the difference and allowed my son to avoid surgery. )”

“Dr. Kim is outstanding. I have chronic back pain and I'm choosing to treat my pain extremely conservatively (and opt against surgery at this time). Dr. Kim was very supportive of my choices, extremely knowledgeable of my condition, very efficient in each visit, empathetic of my pain, and his entire office staff reflects the same. I had an epidural steroid injection by Dr. Kim, which I have had several previously by other professionals to treat my pain. Dr. Kim did an amazing job (the procedure was nearly pain free and Dr. Kim narrated as he performed the different process of the procedure, I'm very familiar with the procedure, so I'm sure if you wanted more of a narrative or less he would be happy to do) and he did not over use lidocaine like in my previous experiences, Dr. Kim used the perfect amount, which I am so impressed with! (In a previous experience I had a doctor give too much which made me unable to walk without assistance for a 24 hour period). After my quick and nearly painless procedure by Dr. Kim I felt very confident to walk again (unassisted). All around excellent experience and I highly recommend if you're looking for a doctor educated, efficient, empathetic, and direct (he is straight to the point - which I really appreciate)!
