“As a new patient, I tried for 3 weeks to get a call back for an appointment. I am a chronic patient who needs meds, but no calls. I finally called the front desk and still got the answering machine. Finally after 3 weeks I got a call and gave me an appointment in the next 2 weeks. My former pain doctor faxed them all my records but no mercy.
