There is no sales talk in this office. no pushing, You decide and move forward. 3. Making an appointment was easy and fast. 4. I visited the office only at lunch time and there was NEVER waiting pass my appointment time. 5. Staff and the Doctor are very friendly, welcoming, and personable. 6. “He's listed twice on Yelp which shows of professionalism of his staff. They don't care about you and they treat you as a second-class citizen. I've had appointments and have been made to wait over 45 minutes each time. The first appointment the staff completely screwed up my request for my insurance I had to fix it myself. If you want to do everything yourself this is a great place. The doctor seems to know what he's doing, although he's always running late. At my injection which was the first one in the morning he was late each time. The last time he was so late that the anesthesiologist was going to leave. Apparently it's a common practice according to the staff. Find someone else who can treat you well and respect your time.”
