“I had to wait a few weeks to get in because I needed new X-rays for my knees, only to find out they don't deal with knees. While there, they asked for a pee sample which there was somebody's old sample in the closet you put your specimen. Patients walked around there like they were completely manipulated. They told me my only remedy was an epidural which would interact badly with my liver, the place was completely unorganized and reminded me of "Gotham Asylum". “I was recommended to this practice by my primary. Although they rescheduled my first appointment, I was willing to give it a shot. Long wait time, but who doesn't these days. I really enjoyed the doctor and thought he listened to me. Unfortunately, what should have been a 2-5 day process to get an MRI ordered and approved by insurance took 2 months and counting. The staff members do not return calls and no one took care of their responsibilities to get the proper documentation submitted and I ended up missing my window of insurance to get my MRI completed. Still having debilitating back pain with no results or answers, in addition to no returned phone call.”

“The dr accepted me as a patient but refused to get pre authorization for my migraine shot. He is only interested in high dollar pain shots. His staff are great but I would not recommend him unless all you want is pain shots. I have never had a doctor that was only a business man. Thank goodness I was able to get tele med with my old pain management doctor, who actually cares about her patients. I don't think he should be allowed to be in the medical field.”
