“I saw Dr. Newcom for my back pain. I had injured my back years ago and had two bulging discs. My back has since deteriorated and I have pain all the time. When I talked to him he asked questions going down a list. He cut me off nearly every question. Just interrupted me and kept asking questions. I found that was very rude. I asked him "WHAT'S WRONG WITH MY BACK"? He looked at me and said "I DON'T KNOW?!". During his questions HE ASKED ME IF I COULD WALK"!!!! I obviously got myself to his office. I have no wheelchair or walker and he has seen me walk. What kind of condescending question was that?! He did a spinal procedure on my back even though HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT'S WRONG WITH MY BACK! That's simply unacceptable to say and do that to a patient. I asked him for something for my pain. The answer "No"! He gives me the impression that he thinks I'm a 60 year old drug seeking grandmother. Period. I will never spend $400.00 on a visit only to be treated that way. Beside manner for him is a zero!”
