“I have been a patient of Dr McManus since 2017. Never have I had any issues until late June. The authorization department was not assisting me in getting my Botox for migraines approved before my new insurance kicked in on 7/1. She told my insurance department that I was trying to change the 12 week injection to ten week injection without Dr approval. This was not the case and Dr McManus was the one that said I should get it. Now, I have a new insurance and was supposed to get the Botox on 9/10 and guess what? Not approved through my insurance because someone turned it in too late. Then my insurance just told me it was denied for the second time because someone keeps submitting it without the proper documentation. I have tried three times to get the authorization department to fix this because I am again scheduled in four days for my appointment. Again, this issue is not fixed and I've asked for the manager to call and no call. I'm not sure why there is so much difficulty with this office all of a sudden. I get debilitating migraines and without Botox, I'm not able to work or take care of my family.”

“Dr. McManus is top notch! He is managing my pain after spinal fusion surgery and 2+ yrs of Opioids for pain. He has a great knowledge of, (and patiently explained answered questions in detail) opioids and their effects on the nervous system as well as option to handle the pain without them. Dr. Baha (an anesthesiologist) who did a few steroid injections for another type of pain is, - - - IN MY OPINION - - -;uncaring, self concerned and has the bedside manner of the chief inquisitor - - - IN MY OPINION - - -. I really needed help, however he had a vacation scheduled for the following week (this was on a Thursday). I begged for some oral steroids or something to help. He said it would interfere with the administration of the shot when he returned. I was contacted a WEEK AND 4 days AFTER his vacation was over to SCHEDULE an injection. There has to be SOMEONE BETTER. - - - IN MY OPINION - - - I cannot imagine there being anyone worse - - - IN MY OPINION - - -”
