“I was fortunate to find Dr. Cole after my longtime pain and spine doctor aggressively pushed a spinal stimulator on me. I've been treated with neck ablations previously for NECK issues only. He gave me a steroid injection this past summer for low back pain due to a pelvic hernia. The pain subsided post surgery until I pinched a nerve in my low back later this year. This caused debilitating pain down my quad through knee into my shin. It felt like I broke my knee in addition to the back pain. I'm 67 and needed a walker for 8 weeks. Of course he and his nurse prescribed steroids, muscle relaxers and pain meds. They did not help, so I discontinued using them. I had an epidural as well, but still needed a walker. During my follow up appointment, I was handed a pamphlet. Upon requesting a second injection to fly, his admin stated he agreed to an additional injection only because I was reading the spinal stimulation pamphlet given to me. I screenshot the voicemail transcription. I was shocked! It was offensive and unethical! I'll leave the remaining issues alone. An acquaintance mentioned Dr. Cole, so I finally read his bio. It was extremely informative and impressive. In addition, he could personally relate to his patient's pain. Please read and you'll see my point. Dr. Cole spent a significant amount of time with my husband and me. We discussed back and neck pain, along with another medical issue I'm having. He had Melanie immediately schedule pain relief so I could fly for the holidays. The previous doctor's office couldn't accommodate another appointment mid-injury. She said I should visit the ER, so I just suffered. My remaining post holiday appointments are scheduled for healing. I can actually sit on an airplane. I will be his patient forever, because I believe he can actually heal me without pumping copious amounts of steroids and drugs into my body. I highly recommend Dr. Cole and his fabulous staff. He's exceptionally skilled in his field. He possesses a bedside manner one is rarely exposed to in our corrupt medical system. In addition, I read the bio of his PT. “Dr Cole is a brilliant D.O. He's always looking for ways to help me with my hip pain. He's done a stem cell procedure where he injected Wharton's Jelly to relieve my pain from a torn hip muscle which I received many years ago from a cheerleading accident. These injections really helped improve my hip pain and I'm doing strengthening exercises to get rid of some achiness now.
