“AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Ever since my first visit, I have been double billed EVERY. SINGLE. VISIT. I only kept going because the doctor (no longer with them) was amazing. OPRC will accept your money, then submit to their Tampa Billing center and claim you never paid. For two years I would pay, then receive a bill for my visit a month later. Am currently fighting one of my last visit "invoices" since I paid with a gift card and do not have proof of payment any more. The doctor who replaced Dr. Kent is INCREDIBLY rude and was the last straw that caused me to get treatment elsewhere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”

“Dr Nieves Ramos is awesome, caring & targets therapy for the patient's needs. The current staff is very friendly & help when they can. The corporation (Tampa Pain Relief/Orlando Pain Relief, Pain Relief Center of Central FL, or whatever names they use), however is awful. Patients can't get through to their local office on the phone, and dont bother trying to leave a message bc the intended recipient won't receive it. The left hand doesn't speak to the right hand here and the management can't be bothered to fix any of it. Their office protocols are an epic failure and the only who suffers is the patient. But, they just dont care. I say the same thing in every survey they send, but nothing changes.”
