What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I've been going here for over 2 yrs. I've always been treated respectfully and with compassion and professionalism. The staff are friendly. Dr Feng listens to everything I saw. Even if I sit there and cry. I would go no where else.”
— Carole Bennett
“I decided to quit going to this pain management clinic today. They gave me a letter during my last visit, saying I had rescheduled 4 appointments and 1 more, would result in me not being able to been seen again. I had 2 appointments rescheduled because of emergency eye surgery I had for a detached retina. 1 other missed because we accidentally forgot my pain meds for them to count. They said I did a no show, even though me and my wife tried to call for a straight hour and they weren't answering their phones. They made me go several days without meds as a punishment for rescheduling. The letter from them was very threatening. The yell at you for breaking certain rules, but they never tell you the rules before hand. They count your pills and treat you like a criminal even if you are just a pill off. They have you do a drug screen at every appointment and it is a very basic one that can give false positives or false positives. I have gastroparesis and have issues absorbing meds. Entire pills pass through me sometimes. I would take my pain meds and they would not show up in a test because of it. They think they are God's gift to medicine and that you cannot know anything about your conditions. The actual doctor is a nice guy and is very professional. The nurse practitioners are extremely rude, talk down to you and they act like jerks. They all have God complexes and talk down to you. They don't respect the fact that they wouldn't get paid if you didn't come to your appointments. The nurse practitioners act like they are above you and have no qualms about doing it. This clinic is not about helping patients, they are just in it for the money. In the months I went, my meds were changed only once. They would ask what my pain levels were, I'd say 9/10, and they'd do nothing to address it. Nothing to help lower the pain or any real med changes. They are just glorified pill pushers. I call them legal drug dealers. I'm pretty sure they get some kind of incentive to prescribe certain pain meds. Avoid this clinic like the plaque as you will end up getting treated bad like I did. They have no respect for their clients and the bad treatment they give you makes any anxiety you may have worse. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else.”

“I actually give this place no stars. They dr and staff are very rude. They belittle you and act like you are someone bad. Do not send your love one here.”
— Andrea Williams
“If I could give no stars, I would. My husband referred to this place over a month ago because his insurance takes it, and he needs better control of his pain issues which are caused by a rare disease. First, it was "the doctor didn't send enough records." Then it turned into "the office manager needs to review them." Waited over a month with no callbacks only to call today and speak with a snotty receptionist (believe everyone who says the staff is rude!) who said that they couldn't speak with me, his wife, despite other staff having talked with me in the past, and then we get told that the office isn't accepting new patients. They could've said THAT over a month ago so he and his PCP weren't waiting! Ridiculous!”
