Due to my disability, I have a lot of doctor appointments, and getting to do one I have scheduled regularly via video makes things so much easier for me! Also, OnCall knows what they are doing and they are great at it. If I run into problems at the pharmacy or insurance, OnCall is right on top of it and they get things straightened out so quickly. My provider, Leah, is AWESOME!! She is so nice and she cares about the fine details. Caring about the fine details now helps to prevent issues later (I often have issues with the pharmacy and her attention to detail has helped so much). I will be with OnCall for a very long time!!!”
